My journey has brought me to a place where I am able to offer guidance and support to others on their path. I have completed training in a variety of modalities, and I am also certified with the Canadian Yoga Alliance. I continue to expand my scope of knowledge of the body and mind to greater benefit my clients as well as myself. I offer a individualized treatment utilizing the tools I have acquired to treat what ails you holistically

Having a background in Yoga and Ayurvedic Medicine has set the stage to continue my

education in Massage Therapy, further amplifying my passion for anatomy and the body/mind connection. My belief is that self love, commitment and dedication to our own healing provides the stepping stones for longevity, health and happiness .
